Shipping Policy
This policy explains how and when we ship orders placed on lumensmooth.com, operated by MAMASAMBA BALDE, trading as "LUMÈN".
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery time
Estimated delivery is [6–12] business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed; delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or high demand.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
Any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside our control. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7. Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at orders@lumensmooth.com and we'll help if the order hasn't yet shipped.
8. Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact orders@lumensmooth.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
